How to deal with MAPI-problems in 32/64-bitness environment

MAPI issues are related to the Mail functions in PC-Horse.

If your windows is a 64-bit operating system, a special file needs to be installed in the system's registry in order for the mail function of the PC-Horse program, which is a 32-bit program, to work. It may then happen that you receive a message like this from PC-Horse:

mapi messageAn important file must be on your computer when you install version 3.32 or higher.

The file is RwEasyMAPI64.exe and should have been installed in the same location as your PC-Horse program. This file need to be registered in your windows system and it requires administrator right in system program /regserver. Sometimes this requires help from the IT department, your computer supplier, or someone with a little knowledge of Windows.

On your computer, open the prompt as an administrator and run the commands below:

regserver MAPI64 in prompt
