When downloading

Be ready for any security issue questions asked by Windows and/or your web browser and/or your firewall during the downloading process.

1. Select RUN or OPEN to start the installation immediately (recommended)
2. SAVE means that you are first saving the downloaded installation file to your computer.  Subsequently, you will have to doubleclick the saved file (  installpch3.exe)  to start the installation process.

In some cases you may receive a warning about an unknown program. This is normal, and you should choose the RUN option
