Work with my own feed in v.3.40
Starting with version 3.40, all your own feeds are stored on our server, which increases the speed of the program, makes it more secure and at the same time opens up new possibilities for working with your own feeds.
Open the feed list "My feeds" and go to the tab "Work with my feeds"
1. Tick the selection you want to start from
2. Tick the year(s) you use (in parentheses it shows how many feeds were created or last changed then)
3. Press the "Select" button
4. In this field, all feeds that correspond to the selection are first displayed. You can tick off the feeds you don't want to work with further. You can also remove the entire list with the "Select Remove" button. When you are done with the selection, press the button "Select all feeds"
5. The number of feeds corresponding to the selection is now displayed here
Decide what you want to do with the selected feeds
6. Delete the selected feeds from the server and application. They will no longer be displayed. On our server they are marked as deleted (but can be recreated within 120 days by us in case of emergency. After that they are permanently deleted).
7. You can also make a selection of your own feeds and save these in a separate feed list. In the Consultant version, you can export the feed list to, for example, send it, for import, to a colleague within the organization. Or export it (it is then saved on your hard drive in the folder Save/export/import) which makes it possible to re-import these feeds, even if they were deleted later.
Export the selection and save as Excel
NOTE Only active in the Consultant version.
8. Tick the correct option in the "radio buttons".
Choose whether you want to save all nutrients found in the feed, or if you only want to use the "Analyzed nutrients", i.e. green values that come from the feed companies or from a data loaded xml file from Eurofins.
Also choose which value to save (per kg feed or per kg dry matter).
Then press the "Save as Excel" button. A "csv" file (readable in Excel) is saved to your hard drive in Save/UserReports/ExcelFiles
